Thanks for the information. My ones about 2-2.5cm (about 1 inch or less) height. Is it possible that the will bloom this summer?

What I have noticed with mine is that the flowers don't emerge fully from the spines, so the spines kind of keep them from opening completely. If they don't open at all it could also be a lack of light or warmth (I know that some cacti wait for a burst of heat or intense light to open their flowers...

Is this Mammillaria has thick taproot? If yes - definitely it's M.picta. Sorry, I'm still quite clueless, what is thick taproot and how can I know this? Googling Mammillaria decipiens does spit out photos that look more similar to my plant, thank you!
