All the little guys have been moved to another pot. The green mold was taking them over. They are all Echinopsis.

The late Paul Harvey had a friend in Lamesa, TX. His friend liked cactus and was holding one when someone was threating him. He threw the cactus at the person. The rest of the story as Paul said in the end of his stories is it worked better then a cat.

I don't have trouble with packing. But I will put some chicken grit and clay pieces in it. During the summer 90degrees is normal in the late summer and with this subject is not allowed its hitting the 90's more and sooner. Thanks Y' all

I have always put cement sand, some iron and bone meal. I forget what the iron is for. It was in some old cacti book in the Library. 2 books on cacti in the whole batch of plant books. I keep mine in a shed under lights and no heat. I put them up because its going rain I need to start reducing the watering's. I like them down to zero by December. Don' t you just love all the cacti being lumped into Echinopsis. I keep going your kidding me right.

My seeds are still in the germination phase. I try to get ahead of things on things that might need thinking thru. And get peoples advice.
