Not sure if this one is a Rebutia because of the length of the flower blooms, although the body looks like one. The flower blooms look more like a Echinopsis.
Also the spines are not like any other Rebutias I have seen.

I find Rebutias awfully hard to distinguish, but it looks reasonably close to R deminuta in the Illustrated Cactus dictionary. I gather about 10 o rmore different rebutias have been reduced beneath deminuta. Mike

A cactus friend of mine did some digging through his 72 book library and found this one to be a REBUTIA DONALDIANA.

seems right, I have a donaldiana with longer spines, longest spined rebutia I have.
