How care seedlings of Cotyledon tomentosa (baggie method)

Post by yonnoy »

Hello,

3 weeks ago I sowed 150 seeds of Cotyledon tomentosa and nothing happened but today I saw few seedlings.
I used baggie method and now I do not know what I need to do, I saw little green coloration on pumice (maybe mold).

Can you recommend me something about:
1. Do I need open the bag and water them?
2. When can I retire them from the bag?
3. How can I deal with the green coloration on pumice (maybe mold)?

1. If the soil looks really really dry and seedlings - thirsty.
2. If you think that plants can survive without being held at 100% humidity only. Follow the technology you initially picked to propagate this species.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.
