How to grow Echeveria????

Please I need help. I sow the seeds like cacti seeds, but today some started to die, some of them lost her color its seems its to damp.

I have sown these in sealed plastic containers in sterilised, high mineral content, damp but not wet soil mix. Bright light, but definitely not direct sun. No problems for me.
After a few weeks, open the lid and keep slightly damp.

Same as eap_imaging except I do not sterilized soil and open container a little bit after germination starts
