If you have a cactus plant and need help identifying it, this is the place to post it.

Volunteer Copiapia?

Post by BarryRice »

Hi,

I've found a few of these tap-rooted specimens coming up in some other pots. Any suggestions?

I'll grow it as long as it doesn't have glochids. Gaudy flowers a plus.

The rule is that all Copiapoas are C. humilis until proven otherwise. They are highly variable, but they flower small and they have messy wool, so I'd say its a good name for now.
