I don't, no dormancy is given to them. Some species of cacti flower and some will never flower ( rebutia and some escobarias ). The Cleistocactus winteri subs. colademononis has bloomed earlier this year and I think I ;osted one pic of it already - well, it did it again in August/September and here is that bloom (and buds).

It is ~8° at night and maximum 22° in the afternoon, so I was surprised when M.schiedeana fully opened the flower. Because for example M.decipiens haven't open flowers.
