Can I get some info

My cactus has sprouted recently and I'm wondering what to do now if you can give me some info on what to do I will be grateful 

A few questions in reply

1) What kind of cactus is it?
2) What do you mean by 'sprouted'? Are they seeds that have just sprouted?
3) If they are seeds, what are your growing conditions?

What happens next totally depends on what and how you are growing it/them!!

its a ball cactus i think, it came with a few others to but i'm not sure what they are i'll try to show a pic asap
