Is it a hybrid or a general echinopsis
Can anybody give a proper id of this cacti.

Agree. Probably it's cultivar "Fuzzy Navel".

...it will grow real lovely, nice smelling flowers eventually.
They open around 2am in the night and close again about 12h laters.
