Maybe Echinocereus schmollii, or some Peniocereus.

I think it’s a Peniocereus but i need a proper id of it. And i don’t know how to care Peniocereus

Looks a bit like the stem of a Selenicereus to me? Selenicereus are no problem in cultivation apart from growing long like vines therefore can be a bit rambling if you are short of room.

Also looks like some Selenicereus to me. Warm location, some mild sun, reach soil, regular watering. Easy if the owner lives in tropics.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.

I put it in semi-shade and treat it like a Epiphyllum is it ok or i put it in direct sun light for whole day

And water it every 3rd days. I live in a subtropical area. In warm season our temperature rech highest 39 degree celcius for few days and in winter season lowest temperature is 5-6 degree celcius.
Is it perfect
