IMO, it's a Trichocereus, could be one of the variance of Trichocereus peruvianus or hybrid.

Yeah, the guy who I got it from said some kinda torch, but no pixes match.

A lot of random crosses of these around, and they're variable to begin with. You may never nail it down any closer than what Bryan said, but it make little difference to the care - easy to grow.
