I'm having trouble accessing the site. I get weird re-directs to other websites. Is the site still about cactus cultivation... or was it sold

From what I can see from the WayBackMachine Archive, the website haven't been active since Nov-2018 or maybe before that.
The last time it was accessible was around Nov-2020, but it changed from there, so possible the owner of the website let their domain expired.
Then someone took over the domain and use it to sell all kind of things, most of the times are spams.
