1. Euphorbia tirucalli var. rosea (Euphorbia tirucalli 'Firesticks')
2. Should be Stapelia grandiflora
Last one, I can't judge from the picture, possible one of the Sedum/Hylotelephium species, might have to wait for the flower.

The last one is starting to look like Rhodiola (similar to sedum/hylotelephium)

Be careful of Euphorbia tirucalli. The latex is VERY irritating and dangerous. Pruning is hazardous.

Your 3rd one (14a) is hard to tell but seems like the gopher plant Euphorbia rigida. Easy way to tell if it's a Euphorbia is to pick off a leaf and see if the sap it milky. Be careful though. If it is clear the plant may well be a Sedum.
