Cactus ID

Post by MUM2RKG »

I got this from my mother in law in mid-december. it came with a fake flower that was hot glued that i took off. i haven’t been able to figure out what it is. It’s about 2.5”-3” tall. Golden spines - lots of them.

I was thinking:
A. Cleistocactus winteri
B. Espostoa guentheri

She likely purchased it at Walmart. I live in Virginia. It’s from Costa Farms which I guess is in Miami, FL? I’ve emailed them, but haven’t received any info. Thanks in advance.
