Titanopsis help!

Post by flicbt »

Hiya,
I'm fairly new to titanopsis and have been trying to read up on them and to figure what has gone wrong with these and how I can rectify it.
I'm hoping someone can help
Thanks

Titanopsis are succulents, not cacti -- if you post this thread in the Succulent Growing Help forum, you'll be more likely to get responses. I'm one of the moderators, so I can move it over there for you if you'd like.

Titanopsis are winter active succulents. So they like water from late summer to early spring the most. But luckily they are also a bit more opportunistic growers if they get water in summer so theoretically you could grow them like any other summer active succulent. But I would treat them as winter active succulents and keep them dry between late spring and late summer.

Same goes for the Argyroderma, I think I spot in the back of your picture.

These are my special ones, or the ones I struggle with so I keep them separately. I just don't know why the titanopsis are stretching like they are. I've lost a few because of it too.

Yes please! This is the first post I've ever done in a forum and I'm still trying to figure out how to work it! Thank you!
