How cool is this! Do you think if used on cacti seeds and seedlings it will speed up slow growth, and possibly create some unique mutations?

I know some people have had success with trace amounts for breaking dormancy in some difficult cactus seeds.
Turning a columnar cactus into a weak, long, straggly vine is probably not what most people want.
