Interesting Gabriel. Even if we don't speak Spanish the Latin plant names and the pictures are the same in any language once you get past the initial preamble.

Agree with DaveW here. Even though I have never been ‘exposed’ to Spanish I understood many words

With pdfs you can usually select the text, copy it and paste into your favourite translation service. This is a really good pdf and I checked, it does work.
Automatic translation of Spanish is usually quite comprehensible.
