I'm a bit lost

1. Maybe an Aristaloe aristata? I got it from someone that just had it around and wanted to get rid of it, so he has no idea what it is.

2. Euphorbia ferox? I had an Euphorbia heptagona (which, to my shame, got sunburned to death), but this looks different, especially those thorns.

3. Echeveria, but I have no idea what species this is. Right when I think I got it, I stumble on another picture that looks more like it than the previous one, and with all those hybrids, who knows...

I think you're right with the first one, but I think it's some kind of a hybrid. I have a "regular" A. aristata. and it's much smaller with a bit less pronounced "dots" or whatever that's called. I've seen a video with a hybrid similar to yours.

3. Looks like E. secunda v. glauca.
Lots of hybrids out there too, including (I think) much of the stuff on the internet labelled as E. sucunda v. glauca.
