There's a problem with uploading photos

I don't know whether everyone is facing this, this morning I wanted to upload some photos for identification and a cactus infected with pests. I resized my photos and tried to upload them but I can't, I have uploaded photos here previously without any problem. The photo loads but it doesn't upload to the post
I can't even post a picture of the problem I am facing now
