Hi everyone, I’m new here and wanted your expertise on identifying this.

It’s not doing well. Currently winter here in Sydney.

it's probably one of the Greenovia ( Aeonium ) types, like Greenovia aurea or dodrantale. During summer it will look like a green rose, during winter it opens up.
