The last time I visited the LA flower district before the lockdown, I found this interesting variegated succulent (think it's an Echeveria hybrid). What's even more interesting is several of the lower leaves don't show variegation, and it was among several similar but not variegated plants. I think I caught it in the act of becoming variegated. The fact the variegation occurs partially in every new leaf (as opposed to all on one side and none on the other) makes me think it's a stable periclinal chimera. If so, it's a great find. Definitely kicking myself I didn't also buy a normal one to have for comparison though
