Daiv's "other" website

Post by Shane »

I stumbled across https://succulentguide.com/ the other day while searching for something. Not really finished, and not updated recently, but still very impressive in scope and ambition. I mean some of the genera have more species than the entire cactus family

Fishhook cacti are like cats, they only like to be petted in one direction

Hello Shane,
thank you very much for finding and pointing out this site. I did have no idea it existed. There are always a lot of questions being asked on CactiGuide under the "succulent" part. Although I do not grow succulents, except for cacti, some of the people looking for answers could be referred to the "SucculentGuide" site and may find help there. :)

I have had a look succulentguide.com for a good few months trying ID some plants as I collect succulents too (Faucaria, Pachyphytum, Euphorbia, Echeveria, Lithops Aloes etc) and yeah its got lots missing but still helpful, I didn't know there were so many genera of succulents!! I also use llifle.
