Have this new succulent, can anyone provide me with an identification.

I believe that's Crassula perforata... unless it's C. rupestris... or a hybrid of the two. See: https://davesgarden.com/guides/articles/view/1102

In the future, please give an indication of the plant's size - it really helps.
