Anyone know the name of this plant? Is this a type of sansevieria? Thanks in advance for any help!

Looks a little bit Agave-ish to me - but I guess a Sansevieria is also possible

I have here a larger version beside a baby s. laurentii. They can grow around 3-4ft. outdoors.

Oh btw, it has a fan shaped growth instead of rosette.

Maybe Sansevieria ehrenbergii.

Thanks greenknight! I think you're right... although a lot of reference photos show different variations. But it's the best match! Thanks!
