Hallo, Daiv,
thank you for all the time & energy you invest in this site! You will get my share by next mail. Unfortunately I don't have anything from your list. But fortunately I have some cacti that are not on your index up to now.

Thank you to all who have contributed to this project so far! If you are curious to see my progress in gettting them posted on-line, check out this link:

There are more to go! I'll keep adding them as I get time until we've got every species represented. Who knows how long that will take, but we've got to start somewhere!

Not sure if you guys ever noticed the "Site Statistics", but as you can see there are almost 2000 pictures in the database right now.

Ok, I've added a new feature to the Detail Page that will create a link to the Website of whoever the photographer is for a specific image. So far, I've only done this with Suleyman, but it works great!

Here is an example page -Note the link to Suleyman's site:

Hi Daiv,
is there an updated list of what you are missing? Some of these days I will visit the Succulent Collection in Zurich again and I could take a camera with me.

FYI -those who have sent images. (Ruth, Ian, Hob, etc...) I am adding pictures as I go. I started doing the Baja pictures that I took in habitat and that slowed me down as I was busy tracking down ID's for these.

Thanks for contributing!

This is great idea Daiv. If I can come up with anything I think you can use I'll be happy to donate it. I've gotta new camera now and I'm taking pretty good pics. I only have a few on your list of no pics but can probably contribute some to the plant entries that lack flower, spination, habitat pics etc.

Thanks Dave! Good to see you around again! You may have missed the "I've moved" posts, but preparation for that, moving, and settling in has really taken lots of time. But I've always said -this is a life-long project and I hope to keep expanding it more and more. Many have volunteered image use already.

(Speaking of that, -Everyone please don't get discouraged if I haven't used your images yet. I tend to get things done in spurts and so keep a "que" of things to do.)
