Turbinicarpus viereckii proves to be a very reliable plant to flower, in my collection. It flowers every few weeks during the summer. I don't think there are a lot of succulents that can keep on flowering again and again in a season.

Annoyingly though, my plants have never synchronised their flowering, so I have not been able to pollinate them yet. Maybe next year.

hello Aiko

this is the fourth time it blooms in the year it has done so in February March
August and September and the strong pink color of its flowers is very pleasant

I have passed a brush through the flowers to see if I get seeds I do not know
if it is self-fertile, we will see in a few months

Hello dinfelu,

I did not know, that you also do have a nice collection of non-cacti succulents. :)

hello Harald

Most of the plants are cacti, but there are also a small number of succulents and tropical plants.
