Unsure where to post this, so putting it here. Sorry if the wrong place.

Here's my first cactus garden. I'm aware some aren't actually cacti (or even in the right family).. It's a bit of a mess down the far end as one got too top heavy, broke and took a few down with it..Not cleaned up fully yet.
Close ups of my favourites. Golden barrel and some kind of fish hook cactus (its at least 15 years old, unsure of Golden Barrel age as i bought it at this size for what i thought was a good price ($60aud)).
I've had the prickly pear since it was about 2" tall.

Very beautiful garden and well done! Not sure which one you mean you aren't sure about what species. The red fruit comes from a harrisia i think.
Btw i moved it to the subforum "cacti places"

Thanks, all the larger rock is, for the most part, petrified wood.

The fruit on the ground is from the prickly pear, the one in my hand is the harrisia I ate and posted about :)

I mean the columnar cactus in the pic below that text (centre of photo).

Thanks for the compliments,
Cheers.

Have you tried ficus indica majka? They grow crazy fast and respond very well to fertilizer

Majcka - that one is I believe Opuntia tomentosa, it took under 20 years to reach that size with minimal care.

I don't have a tomentosa (yet). But It would probably be much smaller in a pot in my GH?! But thanks for the tip. Image
