Habitat

Post by DaveW »

I found these habitat pictures whilst browsing the Web of mainly Chile/Peru. If you click on the first picture on each page it will enlarge and if you run your mouse arrow on the right hand side of the picture an arrow appears and if you click on that it advances to the next picture. However you have to start again each page and close the last one on the page.

Great find =D> Another way of searching it is to type site:http://palkowitschia.cz/ into a google image search

There's some great photos of African succulents as well, including some cactus-like ones I've not seen before like this Caralluma acutangula:

Some of the Chilean cacti seem to be available as thumbnail only, sadly, presumably the photos have been moved or renamed. Good selection of buds, flowers and fruit for the Eriosyce though, which is useful, such as this huascensis:

Can't remember if I posted this link in the past. Obviously the text is not English, but pictures and scientific names are the same in any language. Links to more trips at the top of the link.
