Haageocereus ID Help

Post by Minime8484 »

Another mystery plant I received recently.

This one was provided to me originally ID'd as a Loxanthocereus (=Cleistocactus), but based on the flower that opened last night for the first time, it is clearly a species of Haageocereus.

Anyone have any idea which Haageocereus this might be?
I know they are sometimes virtually impossible to ID precisely, but I figured someone might recognize some specific identifying feature in my plant!

Any help would be appreciated!

The two sprawlers are H decumbens and H. tenuis. Gut feeling is that it's H. tenuis. If i get the chance tomorrow I'll have a look at the article in Bradleya from a few years back to see if i can work out the difference between the two.
