Are your cacti and succulents for sale?

Good morning,

no, never - no trade and no sale.
I give away only, and only to friends.

Good evening dear cacti-friends,

the last months were quite challenging.
On 22.October Lotte died, then our cat Emma on 13.November,
and three months after Lotte, my beloved Kate died on January 22, 2022.
Kate was indescribable. . .

Here is the last picture showing her on her own paws; in the morning of January 22nd.

A beautiful girl. Really looks like to have been a perfectly idyllic life she had with you, the girls and plants. Once again so so sorry for the loss, a very cruel way to start this year but I know you have a very strong attitude and lots of friends to focus on helping in your life. Big love for Kate.

Good evening dear cacti-friends,

after a long break again some photos of my plants.
I have never been "speechless" for so long;
but the death of my beloved Lotte and Kate and Emma,
my rather unsuccessful last eye surgery,
the death of my friend James in Tucson
and last but not least this insane war of aggression have left me speechless. . .

I have taken the photos today, 25 April 2022.

Already it starts. . .

So sad :-(. My Graffi is now 8 years old, what is an average age for flat coated retriever, and a I hope that is not true in her case. I understand how you feel (I think). Your plants... simply marvelous :-)
Best regards :-)

In photo 301101, it looks like a Trichodiadema bulbosum, but I can't see if you've raised it in its pot. Its beautiful!! Your plant is much more compact than mine. I'm kind of tempted to prune mine back and let new growth come out. That happened one year when deer decided to eat 80% of the branches.

Hello Jerry,

it should be Trichodiadema densum and the two plants grow in pots.
The plants are doing well since they are in the summer, as of now, in the "outdoor dining" .
The pots stand on the substrate of the large pot to be able to root in its substrate in the summer.
Sun 80/100%, water and rain abundant. In winter, a little water once a month.
The plant on the right, was "cut back" to the roots by mice three years ago in the winter. It has recovered well.

Best wishes

Curious, what Haworthia is this? I have a similar looking plant that I received without a tag. Thank you.

Good morning Aeonium2003,

it should be Haworthiopsis attenuata "variegata".

Good evening dear cacti-friends,

spring 2022 is very dry, cold nights in April with danger of frost,
often sunny with daytime highs around 12 to 15°C / 53 to 59°F.
I do not have all the plants in the outdoor-dining yet, was afraid of night frost.
In the next few days all plants must go out, otherwise the sun will soon be too high.

Today some photos from April 27th 2022.
