I got a Mammillaria Prolifera. What do I do with the fruit

I got a mammillaria prolifera . It came with red fruit. Are there seeds in there and how do i grow them . Do i just stick it in the propergater

The seeds are inside. You should clean them thoroughly and then plant in your propagator. Red fruit should be ripe. Check also for tiny dried up fruit and even loose seed hiding in there.
