Wow! Thank you, all. Yes, I guess it's still premature, but I am stunned. Competition was strong, as always. Persistence pays off.
Catch a falling star--but don't try it with a cactus!

Congratulations! While I voted for yours (obviously thinking it was the best), it wasn't an easy choice and I was surprised the results weren't closer.
I'm now selling plants on Ebay. Check it out! Kyle's Plants

Re: Contest 70: Voting Page
Thank you for showing your appreciation of my photo. It's funny, but I wasn't even going to enter this contest because I didn't remember I had any cactus that produced fruit. Then when I was on the patio, I looked up and there it was--overhead the whole time.

Congrats fanaticactus!
The fruits look like gooseberries. I'll bet they have a similar taste.

Thanks, Ralf. Yes they do look like gooseberries. To be honest, though, I've never had the urge to try one, although I imagine they're edible.Ralf wrote:Congrats fanaticactus!

Re: Contest 70: Voting Page
Hello everyone! I should ask if anyone would like some of these fruit to try to grow their own Lepismium. I've never tried to plant any myself. I'm not even sure if they're self-fertile. Any takers?--probably only in the USA, since I don't know the legality of shipping them overseas or to Canada or Mexico.

Not exactly legal, but possible in simple envelope. It's been done.fanaticactus wrote:Hello everyone! I should ask if anyone would like some of these fruit to try to grow their own Lepismium.
