The contest submissions deadline will always be at midnight of the date listed.
Now that Jens and I are running the contest the midnight submission deadline will be midnight Central Time, so it will be easier for both of us to end the contests on time. So keep that in mind when submitting a picture, as the topic will be locked at midnight central time, which may not coincide with your midnight.
