South African Succulent Website

Post by Shmuel »

I thought there was a different place to post websites, but I seem to have lost it! :dontknow:
If so, Daiv, please move this post to where it belongs. Thanks.

Anyway, in trying to ID some aloes I stumbled upon http://www.kambroo.com/ I suspect it is well known, but for me it was/is an amazing experience. Habitat and cultivated photos, kots of species lists for succulent genera and some good articles on cultivation too. You have to dig a bit, but the aloe cultivation article told me some that want summer water as opposed to winter water, a Stapeliad article on which are easier, good for rock gardens, etc.... great stuff!
They also say they ship plants internationally.

Enjoy,

Shmuel

Well we have been posting them here:

But this might need to be the post that gets moved to the reference section.
All Cacti are succulents, but not all succulents are Cacti
