Hob, I always find your projects interesting. I like that there always seem to be some cactus that make their way into your galleries too.

Awesome caravan! 8)
......................I used to wonder what i would do when i retired ...........now i wonder how i ever managed to find time to go to work ...................
I hear you. I'm lucky enough to have a job where I only have to work 2.25 hours a day in order to pay my bills, and there still aren't enough hours in the day!

old machinery is taking over my time now i'm retired .............. reminds me of my time in engineering when i was just a lad in the 1960's , days where an old motorbike with a bit of fiddling and a few £ spent could get you out into a whole exciting new world :D

Cool to see them in action - considering the original condition of each.

Hi everyone ...........guess i should have looked in sooner than this .......................since my retirement other things seem to have overtaken me somewhat  as you can see looking back on this topic, life changes as these things often do
I still keep my plants as i always did but this years strange weather has seen loads of Rebutia destroyed by spider mites along with most of the Chamaecereus hybrids ........... guess i lost about 50 or 60 plants maybe more, i left most to overwinter hoping they will make a comeback in the spring.
meanwhile my physical problems don't seem to get any better so with that in mind i bought this , its very small but should suit me fine.

Image

the idea being to see a lot more of the UK while i'm still able to, looking forward to going away a few times next year when the weather gets better..........tried it out the other week really enjoyed it

Image

hoping everyone is still well and those in the path of the hurricane are all ok, with winter closing in i hope to be around a bit more often.
fond regards hob

I like your trailer. It would be perfect for camping. :)
I guess I should go more now when I am young then wait until I am old. Just too bad I dont have much money or anything. If I get another job I will be too busy to do. It's a dang Catch 22
