It looks like that my plant have the same growth conditions like your. I guess I should wait what happens.

Yes be patient with it. I got a Notocactus haselbergii at the same time and that one flowered three years earlier than the N. graessneri.
But the number of flowers on the haselbergii has decreased from year to year...

It might have been fed with flowering hormones at the nursery before :-k

Might it be a result of a nutrient deficiency or lack of abundance, due to the different ferts you and the nursery might use, rather than hormones?

Beautiful plant aside from that though!

Yes you´re right Subverted, lack of fertilizer could be the reason too, because I use liquid fertilizer only very sparingly and did never repott the haselbergii plant.
