Looks like a bunch of Mammillaria(?) (backebergiana?? + ?) seedlings... They are overdried and sit in wrong substrate IMHO
I'd plant all of them in separate pots with right soil and show them again after 1 year.

Looks like a old clump of a Notocactus or Parodia

I see ribs and no tubercles

I was fooled at first, too - but if you look at the lower right edge of the clump, where you can see it in silhouette, you can clearly see the tubercles. Definitely some type of Mammillaria.
