I don't exactly see why you think it is monstrose. It just looks a bit stretched, thats it. It's not even caespitose. :? :-k

It is too early to tell an exact name but it may be a L. williamsii v frichii which shows a similar body appearence.
You have to wait flowers anyway.

As others have said it does not look monstrose, more etiolated. As it is being grown indoors and no doubt central heating in Sweden, is it growing throughout the year, since in winter when lighting levels are lower they prefer a cool winter rest?

My Lophophora's in the greenhouse in winter are not watered and go down to near freezing and come to no harm provided they are not growing or watered. It is difficult to produce those cool conditions in modern houses however since they are heated for human comfort and you may need to give a little water to stop them dehydrating too much.

Yes Winter is tricky when indoor growing. I do put Them by THE open Window in THE kitchen and try block THE light. Live in Southern Sweden so dont get much frost. I have to Close THE Windows att Night because it gets to Cold in THE apartment otherwise. But i think its strange because My other One look normal and they get THE same treatment. Also My Friends has One that we bought at the same place att THE same time and His also looks funky like this One.. THE other ones we have bought from that place has looked normal . Thank you

I also suspected etiolation because i have problem with that in My pachanois. But Then THE other One would also be etiolated ?
