Tebuconazole concentration for soil drench (for potted plants)

Does anyone have a recommended concentration for doing a tebuconazole soil soak for potted plants? Specifically cacti though I'm not sure that matters too much. Or recommended amount of tebuconazole by plant size?
Los Angeles, California (USA)
Zone 10b (yearly minimum temperature 1-5° C)

Fishhook cacti are like cats, they only like to be petted in one direction
