Beatles quilting fabric
Re: Beatles quilting fabric
Did you end up making your quilt? If not, I'm trying to find these fabrics and would love to buy them off you. Especially the sea of holes.

They're not for sale. The fabric line's long since out of print. You might try ebay.
I haven't made a quilt from those yet, but I did make a few coasters.
The backs all look like this:

Cool stuff!
It’s not the fall that kills you; it’s the sudden stop at the end.

Re: Re:
Yes, he was referring to a newspaper story about potholes. However, one of the characters in the "Sea of Holes" scene in Yellow Submarine referenced "A Day in the Life" when he said there were enough holes "to fill the Albert Hall".Peterthecactusguy wrote:haha yeah, I think he was talking about pot holes... but then again.. it might have been something different.hob wrote:the last one reminds me of "a day in the life" from the Sgt. Re: Beatles quilting fabric
hmm, interesting, I sorta always though that was in reference to the 40000 pot holes.. but then again, I learn something new every day. A Day in a Life was pretty much just a song about reading the newspaper. It just so happened that on that day in question a famous guy ran a red light and ran into the back of a truck and offed himself. I do know a little about the Beatles but I haven't listened to Yellow Submarine in a long time. Don't get me wrong, I loved the movie as a kid.
