Newbie rain question.

Are you currently keeping the barrel dry, or have you still been watering it? I f you are, then I recommend covering it. If not, then it is okay to let it get wet. I pretty much live in the same climate zone as you so I think it's okay to leave it out.

Very nice plants. Yeah, it was a rainy one today, but there will be lower snow levels coming in the next couple of days. Do you have to be a member to attend?

I do. All my cacti are outside. The ones inside are rare plants such as a Astrophytum "Huboki" and a Trichocereus Terscheckii. They are sitting on a little table in the entry way where it gets fairly enough sunlight.
