well, I live in holland and it is extremely difficult here to purchase collected plants, almost everything is bred. however difficult is not impossible, would I try then? I agree that this is probably a coryne, I've seen pictures of ones with yellow spines before, as long as they have dark ends I believe it is a coryne.

could be it, however mine is a lot darker and has more and larger horizontal spines/thorns, also the skin seems more leather-like

this is the best my camera can do, so I hope it comes out visible, however I can also describe: 3 dark spines per tubercle in a triangular shape.
