JoeCactus is right its construction sand. infact its silica sand. it is used here for construction. it is mixed with cement to make a mixture used for construction.its very fine almost like powder. it absorbs water a a second. all sand particles remains separate even its wet. i will post the picture...

im using same soil for last 3 years and is not drainy...in full sunlight it do not dries for two days. but still my plants are very happy with this soil. its very compact soil..no air can pass. even water drains in a minute :D. just to improve drainage of water i add sand into this i have read alot ...
