Another ID problem. Melocactus?

OK, here I have another cacti that I really don't know what it is. I use to think it is a Echinocactus platyacanthus , but I've seen Melocactus that looks like this one before they get cephalium. Well, thats nice too :) A F. wislizenii is not a bad thing to own. What size is a flowering size for this species?

Well, that one I allready got, and it look like this:

Round spines and much more tubelar. That's the only fero I have a ID for, so...

Well, I will post more quiz about species later, but lets try one first :) I'm not sure about what I think, that is, it could be a ssp. ID is not my strongest skill :? Anyway, thanks for the input! :D
