I would say Gasteraloe for the first one. There are many such hybrids, usually very easy to grow.

"Campfire" is just a nickname so to speak. Crassula capitella. More light and the leaves will get a red margin.

yes, some Graptopetalum (probably hybrid). Soil is not good... add quite a bit of coarse grit at least 60-70% to the soil you already have. More sun, but take it gradually - you don't want to burn the plant.
