Pick one of them and give it a good soak and some shade. See what happens. So you will know what to do with the others. My P. lamerei is planted in my frontyard under full sun. I never noticed any sunburn problem. I'll take a look in search of sunburns and come back here.

New acquired cacti must have the roots cleaned from the substrate because the mix they use to produce cacti is not good for them in reality. Cacti end up dying in this mix. thats really weird
if it is a ferocactus it is completely modified by lack of light..I would never "see" a Ferocactus there!
