A while back I tried out some of these "Japanese style pots". They cost around the same price as standard nursery pots of the same volume while perhaps more aesthetically pleasing (to some). PXL_20220708_012543852.PORTRAIT.jpg Another type...? PXL_20220708_013924115.jpg This Sempervivum 'R...

Re: Anacampseros and Crassula but which species?
1. Anacampseros telephiastrum F. variegata 'Sunrise'
2. Crassula mesembryanthemoides subsps hispida, looks like the one being sold as C. mesembryanthemoides 'Tenelli'
IMO

It may survive, but you will have to leave it be and see if it grows pups/offsets/new rosettes.

Re: Aeonium2003's random pics.
I suppose different people interpret it differently. Many people propagate them for their own use (technically illegal), but the argument is that the authorities would only care about people propagating them on a large scale (illegally) for sale purposes. If the plant would propagate itself, I suppo...

Re: Aeonium2003's random pics.
Aeonium Mardi gras. This plant is patented so it is technically illegal to propagate it without a license. :( It is a hybrid of 2 plants, an un named hybrid parent "# 13" and Aeonium velour. The parentage is somewhere along the lines of A. [arboreum f. variegata x (zwartkop x tabuliforme)]...

I doubt fungus gnats will be an issue as long as you don't overwater your cacti.

Re: Aeonium2003's random pics.
This intergeneric hybrid (xSedeveria 'Blue Elf') was getting rather leggy. As Echeverias get leggy, the main rosette generally starts weakening and starts to decrease in size. I am not sure if this applies to their intergeneric hybrids, but I thought I might as well cut it up... PXL_20220617_2341078...

Re: Nes and his balcony of lame plants
Dudleya Pachyphytum x Caespitose, asked my school arboretum if they would give me dudleya hassei, dudleya saxosa, and brittonii seeds. They said no :( . They told me they would have a native plant sale this november, and i could buy them there. My financial aid rolls in on November usually, think I...
