I received a euphorbia monstrose (From a grower in California) on 9/19/20. I watered it once the other day. That’s it. Does this look like root rot? It doesn't seem squishy when I tap on it with a chopstick. I moved it to another pot today. The soil was dry. Is this normal? The photo below was taken...
