Nearly toothless dasylirion

Got this dasylirion today which looks a whole lot like a D. Wheeleri but almost totally toothless with just a few teeth near the trunk on a few of the leaves. This appears to be some sort of Old man cactus but non of the photos of Old Man and Peruvian Old man fit

Looks about right
Someone else suggested that hey might be sun starved seedlings of Echinocereus pectinatus or Echinocereus rigidissimus which also seems plausable
