I'm currently using fairly large river rocks to cover the cacti soil mix in a small circular area(4 feet wide) where I currently have 7 different cacti growing. Great to see the improvement. I did have some success with L. williamsii from seed, years ago. Unfortunately I was not able to keep them viable past the seedling stage.
